Event Description:


The purpose of the Lead the Dream event is to celebrate, recognize, and learn from the best practices of our business and community organizations in championing Dr. King's principles of justice/equal rights, service to others, and acceptance of diversity.



Join us to hear Enrique Figueroa, Director of the Roberto Hernández Center at UWM speak on: “Talent Management - Diversifying your Workforce in 2013”

  • Creating an inclusive workforce
  • Diversity’s impact on your organization’s bottom line
  • Attracting applicants of varying backgrounds

As Martin Luther King, Jr. day is also a national day of service, we will be partnering with the WCTC Campus Cupboard to fight hunger in our community. If you choose, please bring non-perishable food items with you to the program. The WCTC Campus Cupboard provides nutritional assistance to students in need, aiding them in successful completion of their college degree.
