Mentorship & the Importance of Filling One’s Cup

Sometimes the best way to fill your own cup is by helping others succeed – which in turn fuels their passions. As the Vice President of Human Resources for Kohl’s, Mari Steinmetz is well versed in not only mentoring and supporting the wellbeing of others, but also balancing her own professional development. Join us to learn more about Mari’s advice for filling one’s cup and finding joy in the everyday balance of life.

Program run time: 8-9 a.m. Stick around after the program to network virtually with other attendees on Zoom (9:00 – 9:30 a.m.).
