Women in Leadership: Find Your Authentic Voice

Women in business have been conditioned to “play nice” and “support others." While those can be favorable leadership behaviors, as women leaders it can be difficult to take a risk and express your authentic voice.
 
Susan K. Wehrley, sought after leadership coach, author, founder and CEO of BIZremedies Cheetah Center for Women Leaders, will provide insight from her new book on how to express your authentic voice and negotiate your desired outcome with three simple steps: “Own it!” “Ask it!” and “Voice it!”
