Managing Mental Health During Times of Heightened Stress

As the end of the year approaches, you may be feeling the added stress from not only the pandemic but now the holidays. Our final program of the year will highlight women in business and the importance of mental and emotional well-being during times of heightened stress.

Hear from Suzanne Kelley, president & CEO of the Waukesha County Business Alliance, Dr. Katherine Frost, clinical psychologist with ProHealth Care, and Thelma A. Sias, founder & CEO of The Sias Group. This group of distinguished women will provide personal and professional guidance on alleviating stress and starting the new year strong.
