Quad has expanded its current ride-share program for those who lack reliable and affordable transportation.

Kurt has authored two Dane County housing needs assessments, chaired the City of Middleton Workforce Housing Committee, and has consulted for the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA).
