50th Annual Cheery Cherry Fall Fair to Benefit Community Memorial Hospital
This year’s fair will feature artists and crafters exhibiting handmade items for sale, including pottery, wood furniture, clothing, jewelry, hand-made soaps, metal work, mixed media as well as holiday and seasonal items. In addition to shopping, fair-goers will enjoy the Menomonee Falls Beer Garden sponsored by Russell Restaurants, live music by Rudy and Vee, food, beverages, wine tasting and raffle items. The Cherry Booth will feature Door County cherry products, including chocolate-covered cherries and cherry pie; while the food area will offer hot dogs, bratwurst, hamburgers, nachos and walking tacos. Live music by Greg Wessel will take place in the food tent. Rhoda, the comfort dog from Lutheran Church Charities, will visit with fair attendees and Just Kiln’ Time, a local business, will offer a do-it-yourself art project for all ages.
New this year, free parking and a shuttle to Village Park will be available at Froedtert & MCW Town Hall Health Center, W180 N8000 Town Hall Road, Menomonee Falls. The free shuttle bus will operate from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 23. More than 3,000 attendees visit the fair annually, which is presented by Volunteers in Partnership with Community Memorial Hospital.
