Prior to being named Principal, Andrew was a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with SVA Consulting, LLC, a member of the SVA family of companies. He is adept at diagnosing complex business problems and works collaboratively with stakeholders to envision and deliver effective solutions.
Andrew manages the delivery of programs by leading project teams and actively managing project risks, issues and schedules. He serves as the primary point of contact for status reporting and facilitates strong relationships across diverse groups of people to ensure effective stakeholder communication and business engagement.
Andrew believes that meaningful working relationships are critical for the success of any project. He easily establishes rapport and effectively communicates with team members at all levels of an organization.
