Brookfield Suites Hotel to host annual Mothers Day brunch

Brookfield, WI- The Brookfield Suites Hotel and Convention Center will host its annual Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch on Sunday, May 8, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Guests can treat their mother to traditional brunch selections as well as additions that are exclusive to the Hotel. The Brookfield Suites Hotel provides a charming atmosphere for families to show Mom an unforgettable Mother’s Day.
 
Set in the Hotel’s stunning Garden Atrium, the Brookfield Suites Mother’s Day Brunch includes a variety of unique items such as Grilled Chicken Breast with Hawaiian Glazed, Grilled Mahi Mahi with Roasted Pepper Sauce, and Chef Carved Honey Glazed Ham. The menu also incorporates more customary brunch favorites including a create your own omelet station, French toast, waffles, and an assortment of salads and fresh fruits.
 
Guests over 21 are also treated to a glass of champagne or a strawberry mimosa, complimented by freshly baked pastries, assorted cakes and tortes, and chocolate covered strawberries all prepared in house by the hotel’s accomplished pastry chefs.
 
“Our Brunch caters to everyone, but we really wanted to create a comforting setting that allows families to relax and show appreciation to Mom.
