Citizens Bank Announces Free Educational Seminar on Cybersecurity

June 06, 2017
Citizens Bank has announced plans to host a free educational seminar for local businesses that would like to learn more about cybersecurity.

On June 21 from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., experts will walk attendees through common tactics and scams used by cybercriminals to target small to medium sized companies. The seminar will be presented by Rick Wedderspoon, a forensic accountant with the FBI; Jason Roskopf, owner of I.T. Connect; and Debra Bartolerio, head of compliance and security for Citizens Bank.

All seminar attendees will be given multiple resources that will help them prepare and protect their businesses from cyber attacks.

The seminar will be at Citizens Bank’s Waukesha office, 2109 Corporate Drive. While there is no cost to attend, participants are asked to register in advance by calling 262-378-4839.
