Consolidated Construction Announces New Retirement Living Facility Project
Design/build firm broke ground on landmark Park Vista Retirement Living - Camanche Appleton, Wis. – Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., a full-service design/build firm headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, announces it will begin construction on Park Vista Retirement Living - Camanche, a memory care and assisted living facility in Camanche, IA. Park Vista Retirement Living - Camanche will be a 40,612-square-foot facility that houses 50 resident rooms, 18 of which are memory care focused and 32 that are primarily assisted living. The facility will feature a salon, activities area, private dining, spa room, theater room, and a full bar. “We are excited to be offering the first senior housing facility in the city of Camanche that provides the full continuum of senior housing, including independent, assisted, and memory care units.
