Tim graduated from UW Madison with a degree in Construction Administration. Today, Tim is building on over a quarter century of construction experience by combining his vision and wealth of knowledge to help owners find the best solutions while delivering a superior building project on time and on budget. Through honest communication and high-quality construction, Tim strives to create an informative, effortless and enjoyable process for every Wellspring client.
Steve’s resume is teeming with reputable statistics. Throughout his 30 plus years in the design build industry, Steve has been involved in over $500 Million worth of investments on projects ranging from 5,000 to 250,000 square feet. Looking beyond the numbers, Steve’s true value lies in his inherent understanding and tireless accommodation of every client’s individual needs. With a sound appreciation of design intent, a comprehensive knowledge of construction and a solid understanding of the client’s business model, Steve employs his experience and intuition to create a building that delivers maximum impact and maximum value.
