HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION EVENT JUNE 2

(Waukesha, WI) – The City of Brookfield will host a special one-day collection of household hazardous waste open to any Waukesha County resident on Saturday, June 2 from 8:00 a.m. to noon. The collection will take place at the City Public Works Yard at 19700 Riverview Drive.
 
Old, unusable chemicals, pesticides, wood preservatives, solvents, oil-based paints, and
mercury-containing products will be accepted.  Latex paint, non-hazardous cleaning materials, motor oil and oil filters will not be accepted.  Check with your municipal drop off site for alternative motor oil and oil filter recycling.
