ITU AbsorbTech Announces New VP of Business Development and VP of Operations

New Berlin, WI - Effective October 20th, 2017, ITU AbsorbTech president Jim Leef named Paul Schoessow the new Vice President of Business Development and Doug Roskopf the new Vice President of Operations. Both are newly created positions in the company. 

“Doug and Paul have been instrumental in bringing our vision for the business to life,” says Leef. “We had many good parts of the current package when they arrived.  Since then, the organization has developed into a cohesive unit, focused on delivering our unique benefits to more and more customers. ”

Since joining the team in 2009, Schoessow has directed the strategic growth plan in sales, service, and marketing.  He has been instrumental in helping ITU AbsorbTech achieve significant revenue growth, particularly in the SorbIts® product line.

Roskopf joined the ITU AbsorbTech team in 2006. Under Roskopf’s leadership, ITU AbsorbTech has grown to become a best-in-class laundry plant operation. Roskopf has helped ensure our plant operations continue to be more efficient and safe.
