Brookfield, WI (January 30, 2018) – Lemberg is awarded the third tower expansion of Saint John’s on the Lake, a retirement community located at 1840 N. Prospect Avenue on Milwaukee’s east side. Construction on the 22-story north tower is set to begin this spring and take two years to complete. Both Lemberg’s electrical construction and data communication teams will be active in the project.
“Being able to provide a cross section of services is one of the unique benefits we can provide,” says Pat Antkowski, VP of construction at Lemberg. “Lemberg’s extensive knowledge of the existing facility will bring even more value.”
Lemberg will provide design-assist services as well electrical construction for the project. This includes the installations of electrical services, lighting, generators, emergency services, power, voice and data cabling, wireless access, security cameras, door access, cable television, and nurse call systems.
Saint John’s on the Lake has been a customer of Lemberg Electric since the construction of the original building in the mid-1970’s. Lemberg was also the electrical and data communications contractor trusted for the Saint John’s on the Lake south tower expansion in 2011.

The new facility will be used for nursing care, assisted living, and independent living for seniors looking for maintenance-free, cosmopolitan environment.
