Lemberg leader joins Lutheran High School Association of Greater Milwaukee Board of Directors; Kyle Witte forwards leadership initiative

Brookfield, WI (August 2, 2018) – Kyle Witte, senior project manager for Lemberg’s electrical construction division, has accepted a three-year term with the board of directors for Lutheran High School Association of Greater Milwaukee (LHSAGM), a long-standing customer of Lemberg.

“This is a way for me to give back to our customer and our community in a greater capacity,” said Witte. “As a graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School, I will help the Association in its efforts to continue to build relationships in the community and support a learning environment for the students that is based on kindness and respect.” 

The LHSAGM is a collective of 31 churches in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod that provides support for three culturally distinct high schools in the Milwaukee area including Milwaukee Lutheran, Martin Luther and Lake Country Lutheran.

Witte is on the leading edge of Lemberg’s effort to positively affect its community through transformative leadership. The company is committed to infusing a leadership mindset throughout the organization and has contracted leadership development firm Living As A Leader® to facilitate that training for an unprecedented majority of its administrative and leadership staff.

About Kyle Witte
Witte is a 22-year veteran with Lemberg and has progressed in his role from managing operations to computer aided drafting to estimating and project management. Recently promoted to Senior Project Manager, Witte is responsible for the successful completion of large electrical construction projects for the company as well as the training of other project managers. He has managed projects for notable organizations in southeastern Wisconsin such as Concordia University, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Medical Offices, Direct Supply, Aurora Healthcare, Froedtert-Community Memorial Hospital and most recently Meijer Stores, Mukwonago School District and the Milwaukee Bucks. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
