Lemberg Prepares for Growth

Brookfield, WI (March 10, 2016) – Lemberg Electric Company hired additional talent to manage the company’s growth in 2016. In the service division, Don Rossbach is hired as senior service manager and Gerry Maier as service manager. Mark Mayzik joins the sign and lighting division as graphic designer. All three came to Lemberg in February.

Don Rossbach, Senior Service Manager -- Lemberg hired Don Rossbach to lead the service division as senior service manager.  Rossbach brings over 20 years of business operations experience to the role including financial management, accountability, and growth and market penetration strategies.

“I am honored to be part of such a successful team,” Rossbach said.

Rossbach plans to shape Lemberg’s service area for future growth. “Lemberg has a great reputation for the quality of work and the dedicated customer service they provide. I hope to blend my years of service and sales experience…to find new opportunities for growth for our customers and our employees.”

Rossbach plans to grow the service division by building upon the company’s reputation for quality and dedicated customer service in the Milwaukee area.

Gerry Maier, Service Manager -- Lemberg hired Gerry Maier, service manager, to be part of a customer management team in the service division. Maier brings a customer-centric approach to his role and 26 years of experience in electrical work, project management, estimating, and design-build.  His previous clients include Miller Park, the Ambassador Hotel and Cintas.

“I look forward to assisting Lemberg in its growth and development,” he said.

Mark Mayzik, Graphic Design -- Graphic designer Mark Mayzik joined Lemberg’s award-winning sign & lighting division. Mayzik brings 32 years of design experience including 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional sign, tradeshow and exhibit design to the role. His experience in the lighting field will enhance the sign division’s growth opportunities.

Mayzik will assist the sign division growth “through aesthetic quality, creative design, and dedicated service.”
Lemberg Electric Company, Inc., was founded in 1928 in Milwaukee and serves the southeastern Wisconsin business community in electrical service, sign design and installation, data communications, energy management and electrical construction. The company is currently located in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
