LIVING AS A LEADER LAUNCHES THE AME EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM
The AME Emerging Leaders program provides a platform for lean practitioners to participate in problem-solving work groups, network with peers, and serve the profession in a leadership capacity. Emerging Leaders will have the opportunity to enroll in the Living As A Leader eLearning Leadership Development Series, a new product being offered by Living As A Leader to support the development of individual leaders (www.livingasaleader.com/eLearningSeries).
Living As A Leader and AME share common goals when it comes to developing leaders in manufacturing and industrial environments. AME is the premier organization for the exchange of knowledge in enterprise excellence. Members come together to explore lean thinking and other enterprise improvement methods, exchange best practices and network in order to advance their careers and improve the competitiveness and overall value of their organizations.

AME invites rising leaders inside the AME member community with fewer than five years of experience working in a leadership or a non-leadership professional role to apply. The participant’s sponsorship fee will cover a complimentary admission to the AME International Conference, a free leadership clinic at the conference sponsored by Living As A Leader, access to AME’s private online learning and networking communities, and more.
