NATIONAL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION HONORS THREE PILLARS
Committee has selected Three Pillars as the recipient of the National 2018 Excellence in the
Workplace Award. The award will be presented at the LeadingAge Annual Meeting in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania next month.
LeadingAge stated in their nomination that, “Three Pillars Senior Living Communities stands as
evidence that a strong employee culture is the bedrock of success in achieving quality,
professionalism and compassion in services for older adults.”
President & CEO, Mark Strautman is extremely happy for the team, “I am proud of what we have done
