Brookfield, Wis. (Feb. 1, 2018) – Novo Group, Inc., a national recruiting and management consulting firm and Milwaukee Business Journal 2017 Best Places to Work award winner, is excited to announce its merger with Xcellero Leadership, a Naperville, Ill,-based leadership and organizational development firm, to combine their collective expertise and tools, and expand talent consulting offerings.
Novo Group’s combined practice offerings with Xcellero Leadership’s programs encompass the full Talent Lifecycle, from finding and recruiting talent, to ensuring that investment made in people guides organizations to achieve sustainable growth.
