Owners Edge Names Rob Dillon as Executive Vice President

Waukesha, Wis. (June 26, 2019) – OwnersEdge Inc., an ESOP holding company based in Waukesha, has promoted Rob Dillon to the newly-created position of executive vice president. As EVP, Dillon has full P&L responsibility for two OwnersEdge companies, Baycom Inc. and Rhino Communication Rentals

Dillon has been president of Baycom since 2018 and has significantly increased the company’s profits by transforming its business. Dillon joined Baycom in 2017 when Baycom acquired the company he owned, Communications Service Wisconsin (CSW).

As EVP, Dillon will oversee the merger and integration of Infinity Wireless into Baycom, which the company acquired in May. He’ll also concentrate on extending Baycom’s presence and reach in the greater Minneapolis market since Infinity Wireless has a location in Maple Grove, Minn., and serves clients throughout the area. For Rhino, Dillon will initially focus on strategic planning, identification and maximization of growth opportunities and organizational and leadership team development.

Baycom is a premier provider of wireless business and mission-critical technology solutions for businesses, schools and public safety organizations across the country. Rhino specializes in the design and deployment of rental communications solutions across a number of industries, including film and production, outdoor special events and construction.

Dillon holds an MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University and a BBA from St. Norbert College.

An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is an ownership model in which company employees have partial or full ownership of the value of the company, collectively.
