Raised Grain Hosts Guitar City Days
The event will benefit The Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha County. Raised Grain will donate $1 of every beer sold to the association, which seeks to aid and enrich the lives of women and girls in the Waukesha community by providing financial grants that enable opportunities otherwise unavailable to them. Raised Grain Owner, Nick Reistad states: “We are honored to partner with such a wonderful organization. The Waukesha community has helped our brewery grow, and we are excited to give back.”
Aside from Raised Grain’s award-winning beer, the festival will host local food trucks, art purveyors and live music. Friday will feature performances by Stray Voltage and The Acoustix, with Saturday featuring
The Hungry Williams, Aidan White and The Door Stoppers, and Tonight Only. Food trucks attending will be Just Smokin’ BBQ, Lumpia City, and Pop’s Kettle Corn. Options from Raised Grain's own kitchen will also be available.
Michell DuBord, Executive Director of WGF says: “We appreciate the community support provided by Raised Grain Brewing as part of this inaugural event. We encourage you to join in the festivities while directly impacting the lives of women and girls locally through the proceeds.”
Additional donations to the WGF come from Lallemand, a dry brewing yeast manufacturing company with offices worldwide; Dental Associates, Wisconsin’s largest family-owned dental group practice with 14 dental clinics throughout the state; and Transition Health Benefits, a health insurance brokerage agency based in Brookfield.

About Raised Grain Brewing Co.
Raised Grain Brewing Co. was born when two local doctors with a passion for homebrewing met a former professional cyclist and a local entrepreneur over some beers. Boldly brewed beer isn’t just a tagline; it’s the driving force behind everything that our doctor brewers create and an embodiment of the passion that our brewers have for the craft.
