Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. (R/M) was named a 2018 Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel at the annual breakfast celebration on Friday May 4, 2018. In business for over 70 years, R/M is a civil engineering firm located in Waukesha, WI with over 100 employees. This year’s list placed R/M as #22/70 in the Small Businesses category based on anonymous employee feedback.
 
As a company who announced its 100% employee ownership (ESOP) transition in 2015, R/M continues to be viewed as “the place to be” by their employees.
