Salvation Army at Friday Night Live: Themes Change at Booth Each Week

June 06, 2017
For each of the sixteen weeks of this year’s “Friday Night Live” events in downtown Waukesha, the Waukesha Salvation Army will have a booth near the popular Five Points intersection, at 307 West Main Street.
Each week through the middle of September, a different Salvation Army program in Waukesha County will be featured, explained Major Nelson De La Vergne. The first Friday Night Live is this Friday, June 2nd from 6:30 to 9:00pm.
The Waukesha Downtown Business Association explains on its website: that, Over the course of the 16 week event, Friday Night Live hosts as many as nine stages of entertainment, over 70 musicians and entertainers, and dozens of downtown businesses are open to offer food, candies, drinks, artwork, and more. Thousands of people come to downtown Waukesha each week during the summer to experience Friday Night Live.” <http://www.livelovewaukesha.com/annual-events/friday-night-live/>
