Schenck and BMO Harris Bank present supply chain program

June 11, 2018
MILWAUKEE, Wis. – BMO Harris Bank and Schenck are co-sponsoring a complimentary program, “Uncover your potential in Wisconsin's changing supply chain,” Thursday, June 21 at the BMO Training Center, 395 N. Executive Drive, Brookfield. The program will be held from 7:30 to 9 a.m., and registration begins at 7 a.m.
Participants will explore the manufacturing industry from a historical context and gain insight into staying competitive in a changing supply chain environment. John Gurda, Wisconsin historian and contributor to Milwaukee PBS’ Around the Corner program, will provide a look into the history of manufacturing in southeast Wisconsin, its contributions to today’s economy and why manufacturing continues to lead in Wisconsin.
Doug Fisher, director of Marquette University’s Center for Supply Chain Management, will share insight into advanced manufacturing technology across the supply chain, including rapid prototyping, advanced manufacturing, and automated logistics—and the ever-increasing need to be responsive to customers’ expectations and create value.
There is no cost to attend. The program is geared toward owners and senior leaders, and attendance is limited to those in the manufacturing industry.
