SCORE announces small business training on websites and financing in December

December 04, 2018
Perhaps you are buying an existing business or a franchise, or maybe your business is ready for the next stage: a second location or expanded product line. Is your website ready to launch or in need of a re-design? What are your plans for financing and do you know the best options for your business?

SCORE Southeast Wisconsin, a nonprofit organization offering workshops and mentoring to startups and existing small businesses, can help answer these questions and more as the group hosts the following presentations in December.

December 7 – Website Creation for Business: Jacob Werre, TRG Marketing
December 15 – Small Business Financing: Joel Benz, Waukesha State Bank and Dave Kircher, Phoenix Financial Advisors

The sessions are held on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Ottawa University, 245 S. Executive Dr., Suite 110, Brookfield.

“SCORE enlists the help of business experts to take you through the process in a hands-on, dynamic workshop,” says Jim Injeski, SCORE Southeast Wisconsin chapter chair. “Our presentations are targeted towards start up entrepreneurs or existing small business owners.”

Registration for SCORE workshops is open now. The cost is $35 per attendee. The second person who attends a SCORE workshop from the same business will receive a $15 discount.
