TEMPORARY CLOSURE: CTH Q AT OCONOMOWOC RIVER BRIDGE
in TOWN OF MERTON
(WAUKESHA, WI) – Roadway construction is set to begin on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 on County Trunk Highway Q at the bridge over the Oconomowoc River. The project includes bridge replacement and reconstruction of the bridge approaches. Construction is administered by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT).
The roadway at the bridge site will be closed to traffic during construction. Drivers are to follow a posted detour via CTH E to CTH VV to STH 164 (map).
Also closed during this project is the launch area for canoes and kayaks at the CTH Q bridge site on the Oconomowoc River.
Project completion is scheduled for early November 2018.
