MSI General has been selected for the design and construction of a four-unit, multi-family condominium project on Wells Street in Delafield, Wisconsin. The Point Crossing at Delafield development began this month.
The units will be 2,600 to 2,900 square feet. Each will be a townhome-style condominium featuring a private garage, covered outdoor patio overlooking the adjacent park, and three floors of living space. These homes will become a gorgeous new gateway into the city from the west.
