Waterstone Mortgage Opens New Corporate Headquarters in Pewaukee
The ceremony took place at the company’s new location at N25 W23255 Paul Road. During the ribbon cutting ceremony, Waterstone Mortgage President and CEO Eric Egenhoefer was joined by members of the Waterstone Mortgage and WaterStone Bank executive teams, local government officials including Waukesha County Executive Dan Vrakas and Waukesha County Board Chair Paul Decker, key vendor partners, and members of the Waukesha County Business Alliance and Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce.
The 56,000 square foot headquarters was completely renovated and updated for Waterstone Mortgage by architectural and interior design firm Kahler Slater. Building features include a spacious StoneCafé break room and outdoor patio area, a StoneCafé Express with fast, fresh food options, and 22 conference and huddle rooms to encourage employee collaboration. State of the art technology is present throughout the building, including a sound masking system, conference room schedulers, energy-saving light sensors, desks with sit-to-stand functionality in all private offices, televisions and interactive monitors with DIRECTV service, and wireless access throughout the building.

The Paul Road building was selected for its one-story layout, which promotes collaboration and a smooth process flow. It was also selected for its location, which keeps the company’s headquarters in the Pewaukee area.
