Waukesha State Bank Hires Mortgage Consultant
WAUKESHA, Wis. (June 17, 2019) - Waukesha State Bank, a full-service community bank with 13 locations in Waukesha County, has hired Carol Ford as mortgage consultant.
“We are pleased to welcome Carol to our mortgage banking team,” stated Robert B. Helvey, Waukesha State Bank vice president – mortgage lending manager. “She has an extensive background in mortgage lending, which positions her well to build relationships and serve the needs of homeowners in Waukesha County.”
Carol has nearly 20 years of financial experience, specializing in residential lending, and holds an associate’s degree in business/real estate from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Prior to joining Waukesha State Bank, Carol worked for Equitable Bank as a loan officer where she originated conventional, FHA, VA and new construction mortgage loans. In her new role as mortgage consultant, Carol will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, which includes meeting with prospects, taking mortgage applications, counseling borrowers and developing relationships with Realtors, builders, financial service providers and various community groups.
Carol and her family currently reside in Fox Point, and she will be based out of Waukesha State Bank’s Downtown Waukesha office located at 151 E. St. Paul Avenue.
