As a former executive with over 25 years of diverse corporate experience, she understands what it takes to start from the beginning, leading teams through complex environments to determine and deliver on purpose, plan, and goals. Her “start-up” and leadership experience with Chief of Staff, Business Strategy and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion expertise can help organizations address capacity and resource challenges through coaching and fractional work. She can also help organizations level up performance and transform behaviors and old ways of working through coaching, workshops and keynotes.
