Journey21, Inc.'s mission is to provide safe, supportive, and enriching living and learning options for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) in Waukesha County and surrounding communities.

Our vision is a day when every adult with IDD has accessible, meaningful opportunities for education, employment skill development, social activities, and can live independently in the home of their choice.
Journey21 has 5 Pillars of Service:
PROGRAMS AND OUTINGS: We offer community- and facility based small and large group programs and social outings that facilitate individual growth and develop socialization skills,
EMPLOYMENT: We provide career readiness training and opportunities for clients to participate in internships/work experiences where they can learn specific job skills.
ADVOCACY/PARTNERSHIPS: Serving as a resource of information, we help individuals, families, and caregivers navigate through issues such as long-term care, guardianship, financial planning, and more.
RESIDENTIAL LIVING: The Journey at Pabst Farms will be a vibrant and inclusive community where individuals with IDD can have friends, opportunities to grow and live independently.
LEARNING/EDUCATION: Journey21 offers three learning academies:18-21 Transition Academy, Life Academy, and Summer Academy. These highly structured curriculums help adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities develop their independent living and socialization skills, while building community relationships.
